There is no 0 star rating to give...there is no proper care of customers, the ppl working there has no patience and respect. Treating customers as some un wanted ppl. If the mistake is theirs also no patience to rectify. I recommend not to buy if u want customized cloths. I have ordered a sute set for stitching before some months. I wore it once ,the all the dress is ok but pant was tightly fitted which was not I expected I asked to keep extra but they didn't . When I asked tailor after some months now they are saying it cant be altered, they didn't kept any extra fabric not the didn't stitched properly as they should.the reason they said for stitching so is "they made stitching in factory so the fitting is not came good" i came to rs to get customised dress.but i couldn't get.now the material is also not available and when I am seeing material the person who is showing that material was behaving very roude as if he is giving me free cloth. And I am male.
