Why statement-driven?
Marketplace fees are not one fixed percentage
Category, selling price, fulfilment channel, chargeable weight and optional programmes can all change a seller's charges. This tool audits the values present in your downloaded statement instead of pretending one fee table fits every order.
Reconcile cash
Expected payout adds credits and subtracts refunds, selling charges, fulfilment fees and withheld tax. The result is compared with the reported payout.
Separate withheld tax
TCS or TDS reduces cash received but is not automatically treated as a permanent marketplace expense in the contribution estimate.
Keep an audit trail
Column choices, sign convention, formula and row-level exceptions stay visible. Download the SKU report for follow-up.
Method and source references
Amazon's official SP-API update documents the Flat File V2 amount fields used by the verified preset. Flipkart's official Reports API documents its settled transaction ledger categories. Exact Meesho download headers are not public, so Meesho detection is intentionally labelled as likely and still requires manual confirmation.
