Herbal Fab has been a great find for sustainable fabrics. They have a really good range of options and the quality has been consistently great! The team is super helpful, responsive and genuinely interested in making sure you find the right fabric. Even after the purchase, they’ve been happy to answer questions and have guided me whenever I’ve had any doubts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality sustainable textiles. :)
I have came accross to Herbal Fab a few days back , was so so happy to finally found a sustainable fabric producer , I tried to connect with them through email and messages as o want to have swatches of fabrics so that I can choose according to my needs. I seriously like the fabric colors and types of quality they have with themselves . Have seen their live with sustainable forum and was so impressed with the ethics they believe in . I seriously look forward to work with them but I don't know why I am not getting that connecting vibe. Actually they need to work on their costmer service aspect. If a customer would not get that confidence and connection with you , how he would be buying anything. I am that customer who was looking forward to buy from you but I am actually not happy with customer support you are providing. Please improve it and try to have one on one conversation with your customers. Everything can't be explained on email. A customer would get more loyal and would probably get more confidence in you when they could share every tiny detail about their need and could hear from you one on one. The biggest draw back is your customer care services.
With Sustainability being the new norm, Herbal Fab is the go to place. Along with great products their customer service is amazing too. Highly recommended.
