Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Even after purchasing two lehengas and 1 saree , the staff had the audacity to complaint that we wasted his time. I seriously doubt the authenticity of the 5-star reviews because many customers with low ratings have mentioned the same behaviour. You can find best items in new Bombay market, but never visit raj banni very worst service 👎👎👎👎

There are plenty of other shops nearby offering better service and options (can’t assure) I strongly recommend not making Raj Banni your first choice. Also, beware of their GST bill scam. I have still not received my GST invoice even after full payment. They promised to send it on WhatsApp, but it’s been days and nothing has been shared.
Worst service ever. I booked one bridal lehenga box and already made the full payment. They promised to deliver it to my address within five working days, but it has been more than a month now. I have been taking follow-ups every single day, yet I still haven’t received my order. This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
