I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Textile Export. The products I received were completely different from what was advertised and shown in the pictures before purchase. I specifically confirmed the quality and design prior to ordering and was assured that the suits would match the images provided. Unfortunately, this was not the case at all. Out of the 31 suits I received, 27 had the exact same lace design, making the collection look repetitive and nothing like the variety that was advertised. The quality, finishing, and overall appearance fell far below my expectations. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When I contacted the company to discuss my concerns and request a refund, my issues were dismissed. The manager, Chandani, was extremely rude during our conversation and ended the call abruptly instead of trying to resolve the matter professionally. I have provided photographs as evidence showing the differences between what was promised and what was delivered. Despite supplying this proof, my refund request was denied. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable products or professional customer service. Buyers should be very cautious and thoroughly verify everything before placing an order.
