I had terribly bad experience at this place I had done my outfits for wedding for me and my husband we communicated from canada to them regarding our requirements We gave them measurements 1 time on video call and 2 times physically going there the even after giving order 1 month ago they gave us our outfits 2 days ago of our wedding which was not part of deal so they do not take their commitment seriously that is the first point, second point when we tried outfits they were all loose I dont understand after giving measurements 3 times they are not capable of making perfect fit for you. When I told them regarding this they said we will fix it just the day before marriage they want to fix it. I did my payment before the outfits was deliver during my second trial I gave them 4000 tip but when I received my outfit it was all ruined the roll polish was not done the thread was coming out of every where worst work I have ever seen. After this scene I told them I want my tip my back they started abusing me the owner and his son has no sense of talking they said give us our outfit back but we will not pay you back your money. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RUIN YOUR DAY AND EVENACUALLY WILL ABUSE YOU.

A very bad experience i had with this shop. Very bad customer service. Always delayed delivery . Not good finishing with clothes . Not recommending to go this shop. A lady is so bad with behaviour and always does argument even though they created problem or they messed up the clothes. Not satisfied with any kind of service. Need to improve customer service.
