Terrible management and zero respect for customers' time. I stood in queue today for hours in the blistering heat just to buy a school uniform for my son. By 6:30 PM, after waiting endlessly, we had to leave without the uniform because the heat was causing dehydration. The management here handles this like a casual, uneducated operation. They know exactly when the seasonal rush happens every year, yet they fail to arrange basic crowd control, seating, or waiting facilities. Many parents took one look at the chaotic line and just went home. Don't waste your time or risk your health here; you are much better off driving into Vadodara city where shops actually provide proper customer facilities and respect your time. Truly third-class service.
