After reading previous reviews, I expected the staff to be inconsiderate but the staff member who assisted me during my visit was quite polite, proactively offering to show more outfits - considering that the shop wasn't very crowded at that hour. I liked the outfits, slightly limited collection but good designs! I would visit again. Disclaimer: They do not offer exchanges/refunds so you've to be really sure before making the purchase.
Pathetic quality and very rude staff. They barely showed anything. The design and quality is so bad. We didnt buy anything and they said : " Go away you wont get anything here". Pathetic and rude people. Dont go here
I was a old regular customer since 5 years but when I went this time the staff was very rude. They laughed at us forkeeping our choices and disliking their's . It was insulting.
I had the most VILE, RANCID, and frankly WORST experience imaginable at SHRIJAN! The staff, if you can even call those rude individuals "staff", had the unmitigated gall to look me in the eye and say, "PLEASE DON'T COME FROM NEXT TIME, YOU JUST WASTED OUR TIME AND DIDN'T BUY ANYTHING." Are you serious?! We were just customers who spent money there right before Diwali! But because their pathetic, frankly TRASH collection was so disappointing this time, they decided to be utterly contemptible. Let me make this crystal clear-If Shrijan employees don't have the basic human decency to respect a potential customer, then they do not, under any circumstances, DESERVE EVEN A SINGLE STAR!
Very poor customer service. I bought kurti from this shop for the first time and had a very bitter experience. The shop owner was absolutely absurd and shrude. All shopkeepers give exchange facility but he refused to exchange. He said that the sale is going on so the exchange will not happen and it was a request just for colour change and didn't even asked for money back. I feel that he doesn't need customers at all that's why he is abrupt in his behavior. But he doesn't know that customer is a king and shops runs only with customers. So they must change their exchange policy and change their misbehavior too.And please do not make fool out of customers in the name of sale because even though there was a sale, their price was exhorbitantly higher than any branded shops.
