For Jai shree uniform - Worst experience ever. The shopkeeper and staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The owner made inappropriate comments about my child’s uniform and kept giving excuses instead of exchanging it. We visited the shop 5 times regarding the same issue. On the first visit, he kept the uniform at the shop, but even on the 5th visit, it was returned without any proper solution. During our 5th visit, the employee started arguing and fighting with us while the owner gave no response at all. Instead of handling the matter responsibly, the owner left the shop and let the employee deal with us aggressively. The employee tried to exchange a ₹380 T-shirt with a ₹580 knicker and demanded ₹200 extra, saying the logo embroidery cost extra. Earlier also, they had already overcharged ₹130 for the knicker. The same capri/uniform item is available in the market for only ₹450. Rudely reply on mobile always. They charged extra money, did not provide any bill, and behaved very disrespectfully. Very poor customer service and dishonest behaviour. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. The shopkeeper’s behaviour was extremely rude and disrespectful. The staff members were also unhelpful and poorly behaved. Very bad service overall. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
