The over all collection was fantastic, sales staff very pleasing, but at the time of billing and packing, the manager told that acrylic box for silk sarees is only for items above 3000. I requested that I need to travel from karnataka to Delhi and these sarees were ro be gifted. Inspite of my total bill above 42,000/- (total items 6) They didn't give acrylic box for the items below 3000/- This made the Experience worse..... Management should think from customer point of view as well. Bills attached for reference.
