The worst part was that the store staff cut the blouse piece of a ₹17,000 saree without my consent and did not clearly inform us that blouse cutting would make the saree non-refundable. On top of that, they billed the sarees without our final confirmation and never informed us that once billed, the sarees could not be returned. For the other sarees, we had clearly told them that we would come back after lunch to confirm. Despite this, they went ahead and billed everything. Even after purchasing products worth nearly ₹1,00,000, I requested them to cancel just one saree worth ₹10,000 so that I could come back the next week with my brother to double-check, as it was my wedding purchase. However, they refused and forced me to take that saree simply because it was already billed. I want to clearly mention that I have never posted a Google review before, but this experience was so emotionally painful that I felt compelled to share it. I cried my heart out in the store, and this incident will stay with me forever. What should have been a joyful bridal shopping moment turned into the worst shopping experience of my life. I have never experienced anything like this before, and I strongly advise others: please do not go here for bridal saree purchases. Worst experience of my life. Not recommended to anyone at all.
