We have been shopping at ARD for all our fabric and material needs. The selection of wholesale fabrics is incredible with a huge variety of colours, patterns and textures. They have it all at reasonable prices. The store also has uniforms, umbrellas, towels, new born baby cloth requirements ( Swaddle cloth, muslin cloth etc). The quality of the material is exceptional and hence the shop has maintained its reputation from so many years.
Very bad experience, man in the cash counter started to shout at me , just when i asked is the rate increased?? Such a arrogant, uncultured behaviour. Rating is zero. I prefer saurastra uniform shop than this, they handle large amount of customers without any complaints. I will never step into ARD. And regret that some schools have a tie up with these type of uncultured business PPL, who doesn't know to behave well( speak and interact) with customers. No minimum common sense too. Rating is zero actually.
Understand the shop is present from a long time. But the old man at the cash counter is very grumpy. Shouts when asked a question about his own products because he didn't have an answer. The world is changing my friend and your decades old thinking and way of handling customers will not work in the current times ! All the best for the next generation which will take over the reins from him and I'm sure they'll do better.
Very good quality of the products at the reasonable price, and good customer interaction by the sales team.
