If thick skin needs a typical example they r the one. Never ever go there without a guaranteed confirmation of order completion. U will waste ur energy plus money . The worst people I saw as a customer.

I will never recommend this tailor to anyone. I also suggest all schools to stop forcing the students to stitch only from this tailor. There are so many good tailors in Mangalore. Unfortunately all schools in Mangalore are giving contract to sowkar. Please allow parents to stitch on their own. Just give us materials and badge. It is enough for us. Why not sowkar: 1. Delay - They take more than two months. School has commenced but stitching not completed. 2. Bad attitude. They don't pick calls. 3. In correct stitching. I had to come multiple times for correction. 4. Also there is no parking here. Parking is a struggle

Very poor service! I had given my uniform for stitching, and they clearly said it would be ready in one week and that they would call me. It’s been over 15 days now — no call, no update, and they don’t even bother to pick up the phone. Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Definitely not recommended.

Worst experience ever . Not stitched properly took almost two months to get stitched and i have to give one star because it is the mandatory . I hope you think 1000 times before ordering from here . Horrible staff who have no clue about own orders .
