I visited this fabric shop and had a great experience. I finally found a very nice fabric that I was looking for, and it was even under my budget. The quality is really good. I’m very happy with my purchase and excited to shop here again.
Not worth the hassle. We purchased a dress from this shop, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The stitching was subpar, and the tailor delayed the dress a lot. I had to visit the shop multiple times to check on the progress, and when I tried to contact them by phone, they were unresponsive. The finishing on the dress were the worst part. Given the issues we faced, I wouldn't recommend this shop and tailor to anyone. Poor service and poor craftsmanship.
Recently purchased dress material for my wife and 1-year-old daughter from this store. The fabric was good, but the experience with the recommended tailor, Mustafa (located in the same building), was a disaster. The tailor delayed delivery by a week, and we had to visit multiple times despite being told the dresses were ready. He made us wait for hours at his shop. The dresses had many mistakes - wife's dress were missing pads, poor stitching and uneven finishing. My daughter's dress was uncomfortable and poorly made. The tailor seemed clueless about basic stitching techniques, and we had to follow up multiple times. Avoid this tailor at all costs! Not recommended 👎. Honestly, their Instagram ads are the only good thing - they look great, but that's where the quality ends. The actual product and service are disappointing. Added photos of the dresses for reference. See for yourself the poor quality of work."
If I could give lower stars I would. I went in to purchase a saree and every step of this process was terrible. I asked for a custom saree to be made in my size but in the end, after paying, they told me it was not possible. They would not give my money back either. I would not recommend this shop or their neighbouring tailor at King Boutique.
Thank you HKGN fabrics for reaching the expectations on quality of fabric. Try their colorful and variety of collection of fabrics. I am pretty sure you all gone a love them. Their clothes also feel good in the body , so soft and comfort is on another level.
