Rude behaviour. Before I could even complete explaining my requirement, the call was abruptly disconnected. When I called again, I was spoken to in a very rude and dismissive manner. I was told that there were “too many customers” to attend phone calls and was bluntly asked not to visit the shop and to “go somewhere else.” Being busy during the season does not justify speaking disrespectfully to customers. Every customer deserves basic courtesy, patience, and professional behaviour. The way this interaction was handled was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. If customer enquiries are not welcome, the store should clearly communicate that instead of treating people so poorly over the phone.
