Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I gave my scrubs to New Face Uniforms 2 months ago, and they delivered both pants in different sizes. I returned them for alteration, and it's been over 2 weeks now with no update or follow-up. This kind of negligence and delay is unacceptable. They don’t even bother to communicate properly. Totally disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone. Be very careful before trusting them with your uniforms.See the length difference of two pants.

Poor service Ordered 22 scrubs valued of 24300/- They Delivered the wrong colour scrub Now he s not willing to change or replace the product He getting angry and talking very rudely to the customer and he is not attending the phone call also Don’t go there for order uniform Very poor service in the city

Fraud...! Fraud ...! Fraud..! Don’t give any clothes in this shop. That Man Nazeer is No. 1 fraud..! He did not delivered the same cloth what he said befor and he don’t know how to take measurements, We need to wear what he makes there in his style , Completely rude person Loss of money completely I deeply regret it. So please read the review and don’t give any order to him

Me and my friend had scrubs stitched from your establishment, and the entire experience has been extremely disappointing. There was an unacceptable delay in delivery, and the scrubs I received were nothing like what I had requested. The stitching is substandard, the quality is very poor, and the overall workmanship is careless. To make matters worse, your customer service has been completely unresponsive. This level of service is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

There is no option for zero star . My rating is zero. I have ordered 2scrub in June month . Still not ready . shop owner said he has work from America London. Build up was too much. But service is very poor. They asked me to pay full amount. Now they are not refunding even after 2month. Very bad communication. Poor staff. They have shade guide book at last after 2month of waiting period I got sky-blue instead of BLACK scrub. I have no idea how they are still running this shop . I came to shop for more than 2times for collectingmy dress . Today also I called they don't even know which colour still I order. OMG please don't waste your time here. Petrol my time my money waste.
