I have purchased from this shop twice, and both times I had a really good experience. The customer service was very pleasant and welcoming. During my first visit around the time of Attukal Pongala, I got a beautiful traditional settu mundu for just ₹325, which was a great deal. On my second visit, I bought a black settu mundu for ₹545, and it was also worth the price. The pricing for dress materials is very affordable and offers good value. However, I felt that the ready-made blouses are a bit overpriced, especially since similar items are available online for cheaper. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would definitely visit again for their budget-friendly traditional wear.

I have been a customer of Novelty Textiles since my childhood. I’ve always had a good opinion about your store and regularly bought clothes from here for my family. > However, my recent visit on April 19, 2026 was very disappointing. The sales girl who attended to us was extremely unpleasant. She was irritating and continuously made hurtful remarks about my child, which was embarrassing for us as parents. This behavior is not what I expect from a store I have trusted for years. I request you to look into this matter and ensure your staff treats customers, especially families, with respect and courtesy. I hope you will look into this so that loyal customers like me can continue shopping here without such experiences. This is not expected from a reputed firm.
