We placed an order for driver uniforms and, as responsible customers, made the full payment upfront—exactly as per their terms. Apparently, that was our first mistake. It’s been over two months now, and the uniforms are still “in progress”—a term they seem to use very creatively. Calling them is an experience in itself: either they don’t answer, or if they do, you’re treated to a fresh batch of imaginative commitments that never materialize. We’ve also made multiple visits to their outlet, only to discover that excuses are always readily available—delivery, not so much. If you’re looking for a masterclass in delays, poor communication, and zero accountability, they’re perfect. Otherwise, it might be wise to think twice before placing an order.
