Very disappointing experience. The cloth quality was very bad and the fabric fitting was also poor. The material did not match expectations at all. Not satisfied with the product quality and overall stitching/finishing.

Very poor experience. I placed an order for uniforms for 4 nursing colleges — not a very large order — yet it took 3 months to deliver. Owner Gopesh and his partner initially promised delivery in 2–3 weeks and took 100% advance payment. After that, calls were frequently ignored. Delays were handled by office staff who kept giving excuses and spoke on behalf of the owners, with no direct accountability. The standard line every time was: “Madam, one more week please.” That one week stretched into 13–14 weeks. Excuses kept changing: • Material came wrong • Transport issues • Staff on leave • 90% ready, 10% pending The owner is constantly on national or international trips — it’s unclear who is actually managing the business. Also, looking at the reviews online, most of them appear paid or misleading, as they do not match the ground reality at all. No transparency, no professionalism, no respect for timelines. If you value your time and peace of mind, avoid this vendor. One Nation is a far better and more reliable option — order from them instead.

Extremely disappointed with this uniform company. There were unacceptable delays in delivery, and every follow-up was met with new excuses instead of clear timelines or accountability. When the uniforms were finally delivered, the quality was far below expectations—poor stitching, substandard fabric, and inconsistent sizing. This is not what one expects after waiting for so long. Overall, a highly unprofessional experience with no commitment to timelines or quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or durable uniforms.
