I recently visited Pooja Textile at Pathradi Road with the intention of buying a saree, but my experience was quite disappointing. The staff was not welcoming or helpful. Before even showing any collection, I was repeatedly asked about my budget, and only 3–4 sarees were shown. When I requested to see better options, I was told that this was all they had, which felt dismissive. What was more disappointing was the rude behavior when I tried to open a saree to check it properly. I was told in an unfriendly tone not to open it, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable. Despite this, I still purchased a saree worth ₹1000, but overall, the service did not meet expectations. I hope the management works on improving customer service and staff behavior, as it plays a huge role in the shopping experience.
