I usually do not write negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience so that it may help improve customer service. The saree collection at the store is good, and I appreciate the variety available. However, I was disappointed with the behavior of some of the staff members during my visit. The communication was not courteous, and I did not feel welcomed as a customer. A polite and respectful approach can make a significant difference to the overall shopping experience. I hope the management takes this feedback constructively and works on improving customer interactions. Good customer service is just as important as good products. Thank you.
