I have been visiting this shop regularly for the past five years during our trips to Jaipur, specifically to buy bedsheets. The salesman was very patient and helpful, showing us a variety of options, which I appreciated. However, my overall experience this time was quite disappointing because of the shop owner's behavior. After shopping for ₹13980, I politely requested to round off the amount by ₹80 while making the payment. It wasn’t about asking for a discount—just a simple, reasonable adjustment. To my surprise, the shop owner became disrespectful, gave unreasonable excuses, and refused in a very stubborn manner. What made it worse was seeing the person before me receive a discount, while my small request was met with such unnecessary hostility. This incident left me feeling truly disheartened, especially as I was with my family. It’s not about ₹80—it’s about respect and understanding. ₹80 is just 0.58% of the total bill, and I was not expecting much, just a gesture of goodwill. Instead, I was made to feel as though I had done something wrong. It’s upsetting to think that this will be my last visit to a shop I have visited every year with excitement. I hope the shop owner( new generation) realizes that small moments of kindness and fairness can leave a far greater impact than stubbornness over such a trivial amount. Thank you !!

I absolutely loved their collection! We had two babies with us while shopping and the person showing was so patient and understanding. Was not pushing for expensive stuff unlike other shops! They even delivered everything to a different location. This is a must visit store for every tourist! I will come again soon. Thank you
