Horrible Experience – Defective Product & Unfair Policies! I ordered from [Brand Name], and the item was delivered on 21st March. When I finally opened the package on 23rd March, I found it defective. I immediately contacted their customer service for a return, but they rejected my request, citing their unreasonable 48-hour return policy. I was out of town and informed them of this, but they refused to consider my situation, even though I reached out within their timeframe after opening the package. To make matters worse, they demand an “opening video” as proof—how many customers actually record themselves unboxing every single order? This is clearly just an excuse to avoid accepting returns. Their terrible policies and lack of customer support prove that they don’t care about customers or product quality. I would strongly advise against buying from them unless you’re okay with receiving defective products and having no way to return them!
