Extremely Unprofessional – Fake Reviews & Fraudulent Business Practices > Please beware of this establishment; the high ratings are clearly fabricated. The owner’s behavior is deeply unprofessional and hostile. I commissioned a customized dress for my daughter, but the final product bore zero resemblance to the original design shown to me. > Because the item delivered was entirely incorrect, I declined to accept it. Shockingly, the management refused to issue a refund, keeping my money for a product they failed to deliver properly. This has been the worst customer experience I have ever faced. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

So unprofessional. Had worst experience in 2022. I went to this place to order dress for my daughter for her big day for her birthday celebration. I liked a dress there which they kept for showing. Obviously it was old had dust on it also was big in size so I asked them to stitch a new one and they promised me. They even took measurements of my daughter. I was far from their boutique so asked I will pay for delivery if you can arrange. I paid everything in advance. When I got the delivery I saw the dress was sent to me was not newly stitched. It was the one old piece I saw at their boutique, they just resized it and because it was old it had holes and dust on it. As it was resized, it had thick stiching inside which was bothering my daughter all the time. I had to clean it and hide those holes as I was out of time to get a new dress. Never going back to these place. Even when I messaged them complaining about it, I never got a reply.

PinkBlue India is one of the best options for kids clothes (Parties and Special Occasions) that we found in Jaipur. The quality as well as the service were excellent. We loved our daughter's look on her 'Bua's' wedding (More importantly, she herself loved her look). The clothes were extremely beautiful and comfortable to wear for the kid (Good quality material used). Additionally, we came to know that the shop also designs custom wear for adults. Would definitely recommend for kids and their parents to try this one out. You are going to love them.
