I ordered mix pieces which had 6 sets. Of these there were 2 sets of size 18. But the waist of their respective bottoms was different from each other. Also there was color defect in one of them. When I posted the complaint it was attended after 4 days. The justification given was printing mistake. They also said we have not sent you torn or cut material. In way it was to tell us to accept the consignment as it is. Overall very bad experience.
Order from RS fashion. They are dealing with pure cotton and having good shade of the color. Good job
Ram satguru Fashion House is only concered until they receive the payment. There is no after sales service. you will keep following up for tracking but to no avail. They will send incomplete orders. No one takes ownership They will keep rejecting your calls. Had a very bad experience with them & it took them a month to respond & still they did not refund nor did they send the balance items from my order. quality may be good, but they are not the kind of people who will give their best service even after you buy in bulk from them.
