Very bad nothing is good .I shopped for items worth ₹10,000, but one of the shirts had a color defect after just the first wash. When I took it back, the staff's behavior was terrible; they were completely unwilling to listen and were full of attitude. I also had a size-related issue and went to exchange it within the timeframe specified on the bill, yet they told me that an item purchased under an offer could not be exchanged. The staff's behavior was appalling; they couldn't even ensure customer satisfaction after a ₹10,000 purchase.

Honestly, the service here is toooo slow. Selected the product under B1G2 offer. But at the cash desk it shows one product under B1G1. We too called the supervisor for the inconvenience but it took way more than 30 minutes to arrive. That's not tolerable.. bad experience from my side.
