very disgusting products, misleafing staff and no Return on purchase. Total fraud . you can see the how colour is dribbling around the cloth. today's purchase. Please avoid buying from this place. regretting experience ..... Over confident peole and misleading intentions for their customers.
Pls don't fool yourself, I bought a cloth for 1575 and it looses all colour at once 3 buckets of water but colour is getting lost. I purchased 3.5 meters of fabric for ₹1,575 from this shop (pocket article). Unfortunately, the quality of the cloth is extremely disappointing and does not match what was promised. The staff spoke very highly about the fabric and exaggerated its quality, but what I received was far below that standard. The material feels cheap and is absolutely not worth the price I paid. The behavior of the staff was also overconfident and misleading, which made the experience even more frustrating. I feel that the product was misrepresented. I would advise others to be cautious and thoroughly check the fabric before purchasing, as my experience has been very unsatisfactory.
They don't allow to think about the cloth to buy and are hyperactive/ too quickly in cutting the cloth piece without asking the requirements and giving time to think about it. When asked about the price on bill he added another 500 rs stating that he added wrong price previously. When you refuse to buy they force you to buy as they cut the fabric immediately and faster. Best to avoid this shop or explore market before going here.
My wife and I stubbled upon this store after seeing so many shops. The beautiful fabrics and work immediately stood out from everything you see around. The person showing the fabrics Mr Vijay was very passionate and respectful. We immediately could tell it’s a family own and run business. We didn’t expect to buy so many different materials. The colours, especially the 2 tone handloom fabrics are a must see.
