When I reported the issue, instead of resolving it politely, the staff started arguing and fighting with me. This is not how a professional business should treat customers. Their behavior spoiled my excitement for the function, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you see positive reviews, be cautious — they do not reflect the reality I experienced. For the safety of your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this store. They are unprofessional and can ruin your special occasions.
