Received a saree with a visible finishing defect on the front pallu area where the lace joining/stitching is clearly noticeable while taking the pallu on the head. I informed the seller properly with unboxing video and waited for a response for 3 days.. after making advance payment, but received no proper customer support or resolution. Very disappointing experience. A customer at least deserves acknowledgement and responsible handling of a defective product.
