My experience with them is extremely disappointing…I had ordered an outfit from them online on 28th May… It was a pre-paid order… Today it’s 13th July(which means 1.5 months) and i have no clue as on when i will receive my order… have been trying to get in touch with them on repeat mode but very simple for them…they just choose to ignore you ,by not answering your calls or replying to your messages on watsapp & email… I’m really feeling cheated by them.. It is only after waiting for 1.5 months that i have come here to write this review ,when i started feeling helpless as they were least bothered to reply to me… I want my money back from them.. hope they refund back my money…

Purchased an item from this store on 1st March and was assured by the staff member at the store that the invoice would be sent to me within a couple of days by the owner/ in-charge of the store. It has now been 16 days and despite follow-ups, there has been no sense of accountability from the store management. Extremely poor customer service.
