I had a very disappointing experience at this store today. I purchased a dress, but the fabric turned out to be extremely uncomfortable and not suitable to wear. When I requested an exchange shortly after the purchase, the staff refused to help. They also clearly denied providing any refund. What made the situation worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Instead of addressing the concern politely, they showed no interest in resolving the issue or assisting the customer in any way. Customer satisfaction should be a priority, but unfortunately, this store does not seem to value it. I would not recommend this place due to poor product quality, refund refusal, and very poor customer service.
