Bought a gotapatti saree for diwali gifting it has a couple of holes and the patti work is also not neat. Told them so and the response was that's how they do the patti work... like the threads weren't aligned properly and that's how they do it seems. And about the holes they said if you wash and iron it will go. Now you imagine getting gifted a saree with holes in it. I told them this and their response was "You are acting like this because you don't like the sari at all". Looks like they don't have confidence in their own products. If you want to run a business, learn how to communicate with the consumers. Absolutely horrible service.
