I am attending a London wedding for a young woman of European ancestry and a gentleman of Indian ancestry. Although the wedding on Saturday will be in the Western tradition, the event the night before will be in the Indian tradition, and I wanted an appropriate outfit for the occasion. For this, I had a beautiful made to measure jacket made by Rama Krishna Textiles in Udaipur, and I am so glad I did! I absolutely love the jacket Rama Krishna made and the incredible service I was provided. The jacket is navy in color, with a beautifully designed textured gold collar, maroon piping, and spectacular fabric-covered buttons in gold with a touch of red. I do business in India and stayed in the country for a couple weeks after my visit. Babu, the owner, of Rama Krishna Textiles shipped the jacket to me in Delhi. It was beautiful, but there were a few tiny adjustments I requested, and Babu cheerfully complied. He was absolutely committed to providing excellent service and customer satisfaction. Babu then shipped the beautiful finished jacket to my home in New York. I must admit that as a Westerner I had some trepidation trusting that a merchant in India would deliver a high-quality product to me. Based on my experience with Babu, however, I can vouch 100% for his integrity and trustworthiness, and for the workmanship and perfection of the jacket he made for me. I will wear it with pride!
