Worst Customer Service — I asked him to design a suit, but he took the wrong measurements. Later, when I went for the trial, the fitting and length were not perfect, so I told him to adjust them properly. After a few days, he called me again for another trial, but the same issues were still there. When I asked him about it, he argued and even misbehaved with the elder person who was with me. The stitching quality is also terrible — nowhere close to proper tailoring. It looked very poorly done. I strongly recommend paying ₹500–₹1000 more and going to a professional suit designer instead. Personally, I suggest visiting Bapu Bazar, where you’ll find much better designers offering reasonable prices — sometimes even the same rates. For the amount he charged, the suit was not worth it, and the customer communication was extremely poor and unprofessional.
