Very disappointing experience. I made payment through the shop’s QR code, and the amount was successfully debited from my bank account and Google Pay. Still, the staff claimed they did not receive the payment and behaved very rudely instead of checking properly. Poor customer handling and no proper support. Not satisfied.

It was decent place to buy uniforms. Staff are cordially and attentive. Price is reasonable. Quality I have to wait and watch. Parking is big problem for four wheeler and two wheeler.

They informed over phone, the whole set is available. After reaching there, for one part of the dress , we had to purchase the material instead of the full ready made set. Please communicate clearly, as customers come from far distance based on the input given over the phone

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I accidentally left my Ray-Ban sunglasses behind after shopping for school uniforms. When I returned to retrieve them, the staff confirmed they had been left there, yet the manager refused to let me check the CCTV or offer any real assistance in locating them. The lack of support was incredibly frustrating—easily one of the worst retail experiences I've had in Chennai.

Owner is so arrogant. Not even accepting Google pay and we had to withdraw from an ATM which is far away from this place. I told him that even in small shops they are accepting UPI politely, but he was arrogant while responding. He said we accept only cash for materials below 300.
