Today my experience in this shop is the best example for when the owner wasn't in the shop, how the employees take care of their customers. Despite paying and requesting a quick pack as I had booked my cab, they were on a tea break. My Uber was waiting, and nobody took responsibility. Not just for me, but also for an old lady outside calling for her package, nobody responded. Eventually, I had to pick up her package and hand it over to her myself.
