The quality of the fabrics is top notch. I have purchased linen and muslin fabrics for my baby. There was no discolouration while washing. The fabric feels soft and it’s suitable for baby’s skin. The response from the team was immediate and the fabric were delivered in 2 days even though I stay in north India. The package arrived in good condition. The fabrics are of great quality! Most beautiful fabrics ever! But their customer service isn’t good. The one who was handling my order was very rude, very sarcastic and don’t behave nicely. I ordered twice. One time the lady was sweet. The other time the man was extremely rude and sarcastic. I wish they could improve their customer support and service. Other than that, fabrics are of great quality.
