I usually don’t write reviews, but this is something important I feel should be shared.
We have been doing business since 2020, and this is the first time I’ve had such an experience in my life.
I ordered 16 shirts and was promised delivery within 2 days, but it took 3 days to receive them. After that, I requested 2 additional shirts and completed the full payment—nothing is pending from my side. I was told the remaining shirts would be delivered today in Koyambedu, but since morning, there has been no response to my calls.
This seems to be a pattern—once payment is received, communication stops completely. It’s very unprofessional and disappointing. This has been one of the most terrible experiences I’ve had dealing with a seller. Thankfully, I did not place a larger order.
Additionally, I paid for samples back in October 2025, and they still haven’t been delivered. I have clear proof of all transactions and conversations.
Such behavior seriously affects customer trust and can damage the company’s reputation. I hope this issue is addressed promptly.
I usually do not write negative reviews, but my experience with this company has forced me to share what happened so that others can be careful.
On 9 September, I placed an order with them after they sent samples for approval. The samples looked good, so I trusted their commitments and paid an advance of ₹1,70,000 for the order. Initially, their communication was very active and they assured me that the delivery would be completed on time.
However, after receiving the advance payment, everything changed. Their tone and behavior became completely different. Calls started going unanswered, and getting a proper response became very difficult. Whenever I tried to follow up, I was given new excuses and promises, but no real progress or clear update about the order.
Month after month, the delivery kept getting delayed. Because of this situation, my business plans and commitments were badly affected. I trusted their promises and invested my hard-earned money, but unfortunately the experience has been extremely frustrating.
It is now March, several months since the order was placed, and the matter is still unresolved. I hope they take responsibility and resolve this issue properly. I am sharing this experience so that other customers can be cautious and make informed decisions before dealing with them.

All the communication they have written with such detailed explanations is only to make themselves look good and to show that they were following up on time. But the reality is very different.
Whenever I followed up with them about the delay in the work, they kept giving me different excuses. They repeatedly sent voice messages on WhatsApp explaining the delays. I still have all those voice recordings. If anyone truly wants to know the reality, they can contact me and I will share all the voice recordings as proof.
I only planned a trip to Tiruppur because they had already troubled me a lot. Every day they came up with a new excuse and kept lying. I have records of every single date and every detail of what happened. I am even ready to share the owner’s number and the staff numbers. They hardly answer calls. And the reason they give is never the truth.
They kept delaying the delivery of my accessories. I had already made the payment, and every day they would say, “Sir, I will send the accessories tomorrow.” The same thing continued day after day — always “tomorrow”. Finally, I got tired and told them that I would send my person to collect the accessories. They agreed and said, “Yes, send him.”
But when my person called them, they again said, “I will give it tomorrow.” After that they stopped answering his calls as well and kept making him wait the next day too.
When I confronted them about not giving the accessories either to me or to my representative, they started apologizing and making more excuses. I have all the chats saved, and everything will become clear if someone checks them.
If anyone wants to know their real truth, I am ready to show all the chats, voice recordings, and emails. Before placing the order, I had clearly taken everything on email confirmation, including the timeline for delivery. Only after they confirmed the dates by email did I place the order. But even after that they kept delaying and making excuses every time.
Till today, they have not even delivered 1000 pieces of plain accessories. Imagine the situation of a client whose entire planning depends on timely delivery. My whole product launch got delayed and my planning was ruined.
And when I show frustration after all this, they say that I am threatening them. This is nothing but blaming the victim — like committing a mistake and then acting arrogant about it.
These people are dishonest and misleading.
