We purchased sarees and linings worth ₹17,000. In one of the lining packs, there were only 50 pieces, but the bill mentioned 60 pieces. At the store, we even pointed out that it looked like only 50 pieces, but the staff insisted it was 60 and packed it quickly without allowing us to check. After reaching home, we counted again and confirmed there were only 50 pieces. We contacted customer support and even shared a video of us counting the items. However, their response was very disappointing — they ignored the issue and asked us to bring the package back to the store. The store is not nearby, and the travel cost itself would be more than the value of the missing pieces. While the quality of the products is good, the service is extremely poor. I would strongly advise anyone visiting this store to carefully check the piece count before leaving, as they don’t allow enough time for verification and their customer service is unhelpful. I have reached out to the number you guys have shared as a reply to this review then again there is no proper response. If you guys are not responsive over call or message what is the point of responding here . I need the amount that I paid in excess not some kind of reply. Someone can clearly see the count of items from the photos I have shared. I have already shared the video also while counting. After this comment I got the reply from this shop. Guess what again they asked me to come to the shop. What an irrelevant solution is this, for going to that only I incur more charges for Auto. I strongly suggest customer experience is very bad in this shop.
