Very Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended We had a very disappointing experience with this shop. We purchased goods in cash for our business and placed our order with trust, but they delivered completely different products from what we had selected. The items they sent were outdated, old stock, and not suitable for current market demand. When we contacted them regarding the issue, we decided to return the goods through parcel because the order quantity was large. Instead of resolving the problem professionally, they refused to accept the return and sent the entire parcel back to us. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and unfair to customers. They failed to fulfill the original order and did not take responsibility for their mistake. We faced a huge loss because of this experience. Would not recommend this shop to anyone, especially for business purchases. Please be careful before dealing with them.
