I would like to explain my experience about book store All r watching reviews for collection only that's why public have given five stars n even though their family members are giving five star. As I have taken books of air force school n he has taken 500 rs advance for giving other private books for early delivery in all market n now there is no cal they have called even though n giving wrong reply and telling take ur money why u have given and wait till infinite date. For taking money they are asking so smooth and softly n now after taking money they are like m seller and they are customer. Not acceptable at allso think before taking anything from him

I would like to share a formal experience regarding the unacceptable behavior and rude manner of the bookstore owner and his son during phone call. Let me explain, i bough ncert booms for my daughter for air force school, owner told to deposit 500 rs advance to give unavailable books and told in market i will make all books available very first in all market. I called him after 5 days wen all kids have bought books from other source, owner as well as his son from background of phone spoke in an extremely harsh and disrespectful tone, showing no courtesy or willingness to assist. Instead of helping politely, he responded impatiently and used inappropriate language, which created an uncomfortable and unpleasant environment for customers. Such behavior is not expected from someone running a public business, where basic manners and respectful communication are essential. please be cautious. And one more thing public are giving rating on the things available there not about his nature.
