I had given my fabrics for job work, and the experience has been extremely unprofessional. They promised export-quality work but delivered poor quality. Fabrics were cut wrong, sizes of regular and polo T-shirts were altered, and more than 400 pcs were stolen/misplaced. When I randomly visited their factory, I even found my Megakart brand oversized T-shirts with someone else’s print. When questioned, they lied, but I checked and confirmed the pcs were mine. They misplaced my brand tags, wash care labels, and committed multiple mistakes. Oversized T-shirts were promised at a 3.6 ratio but they delivered only 2.8, clearly stealing both fabrics and finished pcs. Piyush and his team have shown a complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and reliability. Not trustworthy at all for business.
