Warning for Overseas Boutique Owners – Poor Quality and No Accountability I’m sharing this to warn other international retailers about my experience with Kasheesh Trendz. As the owner of Purple Ethics in Texas, USA, I relied on their promises of quality, but it has been a deeply disappointing experience. They make a huge point of saying they check every single item before shipping, but that is simply not true. I received several pieces with holes, stains, and beads falling off—defects so obvious that any basic inspection would have caught them. It’s a breach of trust to send damaged goods to an overseas customer who can’t easily return them. The most frustrating part is the total lack of customer service. It’s hard enough managing a boutique from a distance, and instead of helping, they’ve just started ignoring my messages. Even though I’m reporting some of these issues past their 30-day notice period, the fact remains that they sent me damaged stock while lying about their quality checks. It is incredibly unprofessional to take a customer's money and then go silent when there’s a problem. I thought they valued my business, but they’ve shown they don't. If you’re a retailer looking for a reliable partner you can actually trust, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
