Even more concerning, there was no access to speak with any decision-maker or owner—only staff who seemed disinterested in serious business discussions. As a wholesale buyer who deals in bulk and sources from Surat regularly, I must say this approach is not at all suited for B2B clients. If you are serious about working with wholesalers and expanding your business reach, this model needs urgent change. Thank you for your reply. First, let me clarify—I never asked for anything *free*. I only expected standard wholesale treatment, which includes: 1. Transparent wholesale pricing, not MRP tags. 2. Direct access to someone responsible—not just front-end staff who repeat the tag price. 3. Business-level communication, not retail counter experience. With due respect to your 60 years of legacy, I am not questioning your history. But legacy should be matched with present-day professionalism—especially when Surat is filled with top manufacturers offering far better B2B handling and flexible rates. I deal across Surat, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Delhi—buying in bulk for retail and wholesale. If I walked out feeling disappointed, that reflects a gap in your wholesale approach, not a misunderstanding. Rather than reacting defensively or calling me for posting genuine feedback, I suggest you review how your staff handles bulk buyers. Because not every visitor is a one-piece buyer, and not everyone will stay silent.
