I have visited NTC for the customisation of the products, I was very happy with their support. one of the person called harsha was very supportive and he suggested me the best customisations that could be done on bags and water bottle. Thank you so much harsha.
New textile centre is a good place where you get uniforms and other accessories all at one place. Must visit here. They do good customisation as well on bags and water bottles. The representatives are so good
Very poor service and customer support from New Textile Center, Mangalore. We purchased school materials for our child and were assured that the items would be ready within 2–3 days after printing the name. However, despite repeated follow-ups and numerous phone calls, we received the materials only after 12days. Even now, one item is missing and has not been traced or delivered. The most disappointing part is the lack of response after payment is made. Staff rarely answer calls, and when they do, they simply say they are not related to the printing department. They refuse to share the contact details of the concerned person, manager, or proprietor, making it impossible to get proper updates. There seems to be no accountability, poor communication, and no commitment to delivery timelines. I would not recommend this store to parents looking for school materials unless service quality and customer support improve significantly.
Highly recommended textile center! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our uniforms and clothing are sourced from here, and the quality is excellent. The fabric is durable, stitching is neat, and the overall finish is very professional. The staff is also helpful and ensures timely delivery. Definitely a great place for reliable and high-quality uniforms and clothing!
