I visited Ashoka Saree Shop to purchase a saree. The staff offered tea in a use-and-throw cup. After finishing the tea, by mistake I threw the cup into the dustbin placed beside the billing counter. Because of this small issue, one of the staff members started scolding me and used bad language. When I told him that I could not hear properly, he mockingly said, “Can’t you hear?” and showed rude facial expressions, which was very insulting. I have also added the photo of the concerned person for reference.
