Visited this wholesale shop for business purpose earlier once. They have sober collection of sarees, so revisited the place. This time came across a middle aged man who I’m assuming must be the incharge there. His behaviour towards us was horrendous, as if he was giving us the sarees for free. We were told that the lose sarees (which weren’t in bundle) could be bought as single pieces and the ones tied are all sold as set. We took the single pieces which were kept separately and those were given by the helper. After choosing the sarees for buying purpose, he came up to us and started shouting like a mannerless person in front of everyone and constantly refused to give us the sarees as we did not opt for a bundle. His main motive was to make us buy bundles and so he behaved in a manner I’ve never witnessed in my entire life. He was extremely rude and sounded really selfish and he has zero empathy for his customers. Most of the staff there were rude and did not attend to us as they are only interested to entertain customers who will buy bundles of sarees. I have started my own saree business recently so it’s not possible for me to buy bundles of sarees . Those foolish people do not have the brain to understand this. Other wholesale shops in burrabazar are much better and have the basic decency. But BUDHIA SAREE IS THE WORST AND HAVE NO UNDERSTANDING OF HOW TO BEHAVE WITH CUSTOMERS. There is no option of 0 rating, hence I’m giving 1. I would never recommend any nee seller to visit this place as they would treat you like you belong nowhere. MOST OF THE STAFF OF BUDHIA SAREE NEED TO CHANGE THEIR ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.

Excellent quality and variety of collection. I bought sarees for my shop and all are good. Staff were also good and helping in nature. It is the best wholesale shop in Burrabazar(in my view).
